Hi, I've created a virtual fantasy console, MEG-4, similar to PICO-8 and TIC-80, but it is much more featureful and more performant.

I have some issues with the aesthetics. I would like to have some help with the icons (see here), and also the current color theme isn't the best (see here).

All the necessary information can be found on these links, but in a nutshell, icons are 8 x 8 pixels, and preferably should use the DawnBringer32 palette. As for the color theme, it's just a GIMP Palette file, easily modifiable.

This is a GPL licensed Free and Open Source project, so I'm afraid I cannot pay for your efforts, but I will certainly mention you as contributor.
