I would charge $150 for a background like this :)

And to give you and other onlookers a better idea of some of my rates, I have a character design flat rate (vector art only as seen here for example: http://vectorgurl.com/admin/uploadImages/mobile_vector4.jpg

*1 character for $165

*3 characters for $445/$150 each

*5 characters for $725/$145 each

*SUMMER BONUS PACK 7 characters $350 (Ends September 30th, limited slots available)

And an Icon (IOS/Android/General App of $75 each to keep all rights and $30 under CreativeCommons)

To be completely honest, I'm seeking for a replacement for this background image into something looking more like the previous pictures given:
