Sound button on/off not found/needed

I am looking for a simple on/off sound button, I had one for awhile(didn't download though :(  ) and it was this: http://opengameart.org/content/volume-button but that is not found anymore. So I am requesting a on/off volume button. No money is offered(:D)

Hi.  I moved this to the Resource Requests forum.  More people will see it here (and technically the post isn't really about audio).
