Possible addition to site... needs convincing

So, I am a forum lurker. Hiding in the shadows, soaking up ideas, really doing nothing. But I did find something that would be a wonderful addition to the site. It is an Extensive tileset 32x32 originally made for rpg maker xp by another forum's admin named TheInquisitor. The creator runs a site for the collection of resources and ideas realted to all things rpg maker. His sprite work is intensive, his pixel art comprehensive, and his choice of licence oh so forgiving! It's a freeware license and the only things that apply to it are

1. Attribution

2. Must be downloaded from the forum he admins

This is basically a CC almost right there!(alright, maybe not ;) If someone could talk to him, maybe convince him to let him host it here it would make an epic addition to OGA. Yet, if you look at the site and his exact wording on the linked page, you can see that he put a ton of work into the rpg maker site. So in his boots I would want to do anything to keep the site strong and fresh. Obviously letting another site host your work is not the way to go about doing that. So in compensation perhaps the offer could be extended to modify the download link to instead of a direct download, a link to his site letting them download from there. This may be a problem on the OGA side because it could lead to dead links in the future (I hate dead links as much as the next guy/gal) but I really do think some people just have to see this tileset!

I don't have the ability or place to extend such an offer nor the eloquency of speech to convince anyone to let their work go to CC (seriously, any attempt on anything else has been met with a *blink blink* n00b can haz get off forum?) So does anyone want to try? It's been five years since the set came out, roughly, so it just might have a shot!
