Okay, so First thing's First. Hello!
My Name's Kris, and I work on a lot of things, but art is not one of them. (much to my remorse)
I came here to see about finding an artist who could help me on a project, but I'm not sure if this is the right place to do it. Mostly cause while it is video game *themed*, it is not a video game.
It's a Tabletop RPG. I need art for the game manual. But the game is designed specifically to emulate the design of a JRPG... So I need images with Characters interacting with a UI in-picture. I don't have anything specific yet other than like, one image for the cover and back, and one for each of the 8 chapters. Other images would be great too, but since it's not a theme most people would do, I wanted to check here before I start looking for someone who does cyberpunk art or something. :/
Anywho, I would appreciate being able to talk about this. If there's a request forum or perhaps a chance for me to find an artist interested in quoting me some prices, I'd really appreciate it.

You came to the right place, you can post in the show off your prject area if you have anything set up and say that your looking for an artist, and also general discussion.

There are two different places on the forum specifically for requests like that.
I would recommend reading the stickys in both of those sections. They offer good advice on how to go about getting help.
Please note that this post was meant to add to what vipergames has said, not correct it.
Also if you have the ability to post some of those pictures or point to a UI for reference, that would really help any interested artists. By the way there are a lot of UIs here on Open Game Art if you are undecided.
