This is a model of a tree along with the textures used for it.

The textures are:

* tree_cut
by Marianne Gagnon (Auria), based on public domain photos from BurningWell

* wooden, wooden2
by Jean-Manuel Clemencon (Samuncle)
based on public domain images from burningwell
released under the public domain

The rest is by me.

This doesn't make much sense. You have the option for CC0, but are asking for CC-BY 3.0 in the zip file. I don't think CC0 can be an option unless the model is also able to be CC0.
