Missile Command Clone Needs 2D assets

Hi everyone. A friend and I are working on a mobile missile command type game, and are in need of some assets for it. We need assets for a missile launcher that will fire the player's missiles, some simple 2d cities as targets to defend, and a terrain similar to classic missile command games.
Also, if you're up for it, it would be great if you could design some explosions and missiles for us.
The overall art style is not all that important to us as long as it looks relatively good and all the assets match up, so feel free to get creative.
Still in need of those? I've way too much time on my hands and think I can easily squeeze in a little project like this. How should the missile launcher look like and move?
Thanks for your interest! For the missile launchers, a simple turreted style would be best, for example, something in the vain of the cannons used in this (though they should look different obviously): http://i.usatoday.net/communitymanager/_photos/game-hunters/2010/02/25/m.... The launchers will snap, point, and fire towards wherever the player taps on the screen, but we can implement all of that easily enough on our own, so it'd be great if you could make the launcher in 2 parts: one sprite for the barrel, and one for the base of it.
Barrel+dome. The red color could be changed to a "player color" via a shader, if you know what I mean, at least, that's what I was thinking.
It only took me about half an hour to draw this (it's sloppy as all hell but you won't see that on a tiny cellphone resolution), so I still have time if you want anything more.
That's perfect! Just what i had in mind actually. If you want to help further, you could make some missile sprites that match the art scheme you used on the turret, and/or some scifi style buildings/cities that will be used as targets to defend. So just those other 2 things are what we need really for now :), and thanks a lot for the turret, we'll be sure to credit you when the game is released.

City+missile, I will readily admit that I suck at drawing detailed buildings and the city is a pretty weak piece. The missile is pretty good tho I'll say, it even has a bit of animation to it. The smoke is intended to be like a trail following the missile.
Nice work once again. You're right in that the city could maybe be a bit better, but it's definitely still useable. The missiles and smoke trail are great though, so we'll be sure to try and use those at least. Thanks again for all the help!
Yeah... that city ain't the greatest, it really isn't one of my strengths, glad you like the others tho!
We may still use it, jjust the last thing we need on that front is a ruined/destroyed version of the city sprite you made, to show it after it's hit by a missile. If you can't do that, no worries, you've already helped more than enough, but we'd certainly appreciate it if you wanted to give it a shot!

Go for it! Also, if you or anyone else wants to try and make a simple terrain for the cities and launchers to be placed on (the terrain will be placed in front of a separate background) then that would be extremely helpful as well. And of course, we'll be giving credit to anyone who helps.
Improved city, more futuristic + it blowing up. I'm not gonna give you any terrain I'm afraid. :P
The individual frames might look a little wierd, but when played as an animation, it makes sense. The smoke is quite sloppily drawn, but it doesn't really matter, as you'll only be seeing each frame for a split second, too little time to really nitpick it.
Again, great work :) And no problem, we can easily figure out terrain on our own. You've been a great help. Message me on here if you ever want to help with any of our future projects (we're doing an endless runner and a top down submarine game atm).
I think you should rather message me if you have a specific request, right now i have the time so i'm open for it, but it may not always be so.
