Thanks @William.Thomps! Not sure exactly where all the bits of inspiration came from entirely, but there's some Dante's Inferno and Todd McFarlane in there. For the tumors on the skin (not the spikes), I was thinking of David Lynch's Elephant Man. Other than that, it was just mostly free-drawing.

This looks really nice! This would be an awesome final boss! Im not sure how the GPL license works,so is it okay to use this in a commercial project or is it just non-commercial? Im making a game right now,and I would like to use it as my final boss. I will try to animate it and ill have to modify it,so is it okay to do so?
