When I visit https://static.opengameart.org/OGA-BY-3.0.txt, I see this message:
Your connection is not secure
The owner of static.opengameart.org has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, IceCat has not connected to this website.
This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that IceCat may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.
Just to confirm, I am seeing that message too. Firefox browser on windows 10.
Google Chrome, Windows 10. Error: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
I think it may be due to an expired SSL certificate. For my own websites I use Let's Encrypt with auto-renewal. Once set up, this problem would likely not reoccur.
static.opengameart.org wasn't part of the cert, my bad, fixed it now :)
