There's a whole host of creatures made with a similar 3d model to 2d sprite approach for the also-isometric Daimonin:

They are rendered at a different scale and probably need a bit of love to match the style of Flare's main game (which is called?) but it could serve as a starting point for quickly beefing up the creature collection.
