I made this for a settlers-type game, but it's a fairly generic log cabin.

You should reupload your stuff. Everything looks like it was saved in GIF format, without real alpha channel. Look at the black pixels at the border, that's typical for GIF or limited colors. That should be smooth, when saving in PNG with truecolor.
And i'm sure people would like it if you would release the 3D models so they can use the buildings in 3D games, too. Of course, you don't have to. :)
Also, be sure the textures you used are Public Domain. If they are Creative Commons and not yours, you have to mention the authors here and do whatever else they want. If they are under standard copyright you can't use them.
@Bonsaiheldin: Most free texture sites allow any form redistribution provided that the texture cannot easily be extracted.
The black pixels come from the way I created the image. It was rendered with a black background, antialiased, and so the border is blended with black. I can remove it, but in this case it was intentional, because it gives the resulting display in the game a more crisp look. There was no color reduction involved.
I'm using PovRay, which creates textures procedurally. There were no other artists involved, the object is 100% my creation, and didn't need any additional images as textures.
For this object I don't want to relase the PovRay scene file, but I have some which I already had released a while ago, but which got lost when I took down my website. I'll re-publish them in a while. Currently digging through my graphics archives to see what to publish :)
I like it, it's well done and brings sort of a retro games feel to it, although the lighting is too dark.
Good job overall.
It should be fairly easy to adjust the white level without damaging the quality too much. But you are right it often happens that my works turn out too dark.
Thanks for the comment :)
