Umm, sounds almost too good to be true that a commercial (outsorcing?) art-house is posting game-art here on OGA.
Can you somehow prove that you are really in ownership of these files, and that there isn't some publisher deal that prohibits the release of the game art?
I have retained all of the IP for every game I have developed for the past few years. I make it a rule to never give up ownership of any IP for anything I do.
So yes - I do own the IP for these, and you are free to use as you wish.

Nice. Can someone who knows how convert to a .blend file (ie: probably export from lightwave to collada, import collada into blender, unless there is another way to do it :P)
