part2art is an attempt at an online sprite editor based on parts. Projects are stored in the cloud, but can be downloaded to your device.

It was specifically designed to handle symmetric situations, but the symmetry can easily be broken. There are base parts separted into packs which can be added to a project. You can adjust a part's color(HSL+opacity), scale, rotation, position and z-order.
