I tried submitting my program entry in the submission form.
When I click upload to upload the archive, the uploading bar stops at 4% and after some time I get this error message:
An AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally.

A couple of questions:
One thing you might want to try is just selecting the file and submitting the form without hitting upload. There won't be a progress bar that way, but if you're getting an AJAX error, that might fix it.
If all else fails, create an entry with a dummy file (something small, like an image), upload the file somewhere else, and I'll add the file to the entry for you.
