Not sure where to do this so I made the post here.

The item "Aether Walkers" (boots) has the effect of "Use: Blink to a nearby loaction".

The effect can be used when not equipped, so the question is: Are they working as intended, as a "use" item(just like a pot ex.) rather then a piece of equipment with an effect?

I see some mention of this at https://github.com/clintbellanger/flare-game/tree/branch0.18  but that was some time ago it looks like.
