MoonScape - 3D, texture, and concept artists needed

I've managed to attract a small following to my project MoonScape with weekly development streams. I don't have much in the way of a press kit at the moment, but if you would like to see the state of the game at the moment, stop by the stream on Tuesday night at www.twitch.tv/mistertelecaster (this will be moved to www.twitch.tv/moonscapegame starting on the 9th of december). About the art:

The programming end of the game is going quite smoothly at the moment, and I decided that now wouldn't be a bad time to begin looking for an artist. I've been using placeholder untextured models of a decent quality as of now, and I am primarily looking for a 3D and/or texture artist that can make models and textures for the game that I either don't have the skill or time for, and possibly a concept artist to help me create visual references of my mental images for an asset artist to create in the game world. I cannot offer any compensation at the moment, but I am completely willing to agree on a contract involving a reasonable pay for the work provided in addition to additional compensation pending successful completion of a future crowdfunding campaign.

If you think that that is just a bit too risky and want to wait until the game has reached a more complete state, follow it at moonscapegame.tumblr.com and moonscapegame.wordpress.com where I will be posting another request for artists once the game has become more than a prototype with only the base features.

If you are a talented artist and wish to be involved in the game, but want to wait until I have actually managed to get funding and not take the risk that the campaign may not be successful, feel free to email me with example work anyway! If I can establish a relationship with you as an artist now, then it will be so much easier to begin working if the game manages to become successful.

About the game:

MoonScape will be an open world RPG shooter taking place across several large maps spanning a system of diverse moons orbiting a fictional planet in a faraway star system. It will play in first person in an open ended / sandbox style while several factions all interact with each other via a procedural decision/relationship system both faction to faction, and within individual members of each faction. The player can either try to make a life outside of the complex inter-faction politics, or choose one to join and attempt to work their way to the top.

Regarding the visual style of the game, I've been envisioning a very low sci fi, with technology based on relatively small advancements on today's technology. There will be no force fields or lasers or gravity generators or any other "high sci fi" things. Some places will ideally be cleaner and less cluttered than what one would expect of an extraplanetary base using today's technology, but other places will be even more messy and cluttered and industrial looking than today. If you want more detail or images that I've collected that come close to the aesthetic I have in mind, feel free to email me and I will be happy to tell you whatever you need to know and answer any and all questions.

I'll do my best to answer any questions or comments directed at me via opengameart, but I'm not an active member and I can't say how long it will take for me to get around to addressing them, but I will try to get to everything.
