small explosion sprites

I am currently working on a space game where you fight off enemys to progress to the next wave

however I need sprites for an low resolotion pixel explosions

I want to sizes 8x8 and 16x16

I would like the animation be based off of a very vary pixelated cloud(no not the stereotypical shape) topdown explosion

I would like it to start from white, yellow and orange to a orange, red, and dark red and then to a grey drakgrey and darkergrey cloud

this tranision can be up to 16 frames

20$ is the max however I was wondering

could you do it for free if I allow the sprites to be royalty free assets on OGA.org?

that includes the hud and everything else I sprite

or I could also pay you 20$ to do the player animations and enemy animations too and

have all my sprites be royalty free assets on OGA.org
