Hi All,

 

This is a request for some new Art and better Art for Save The Stars on Android LINK HERE
I'm creating a 2D Shoot'em up type game. It's all FLAT 2D right now, unless I get someone to help me recreate ALL the graphics, whereby the style will be whatever the artist creates.

The game is not an OpenSource project, but I can and will put up all the graphics if wanted? (I just don't think they're that good..)

 

For anyone interested, I'm looking for some quite 'simple' pieces to use in the game.

Brief: You play as the Stars and your enemies are alien ships that are trying to kidnap the Stars. So far I have:

  • TYPE 1 : Shuttle : An alien ship with a cage below it that appears on Screen with a Star inside it already
  • TYPE 2 : Hunter : An alien ship with a cage below it that chases the Player to catch them
  • TYPE 3: Shooter : An alien ship that fires cages to capture the Player (A nicer cage graphic would be appreciated too hahaha)

ART NEEDED:

Creative control to the artist. I just need more alien ships and ideas about other types or ways to attack the Player; just note that the objective is to capture the Stars, never to destroy them.

Sorry, there's no real guide or specific ideas here, just an alien ship, or something, that will come along, grab a star and leave the screen with it, in whatever way your mind can image and I can code.

Sizes: Max of 128x128 px because they get scaled down for most displays.
