AGPL Anthro morphs$500base+$200perMorph + create what you want+a steady gig

Hello I'm making a P2P 3D virtual world, Think SecondLife's avatars with Roblox's game creation, runing onSolipsis based network.

I was about to commission an artist to make some anthro models for me but at the last moment she was diagnosed with cancer.

I'm looking to pay $500USD make the base mesh and the prof of concept morphs to so that it works, it can ether by a generic furry or a human. then $200 for each morph. For starters is a feline and a equine dragon morph. Other morphs that you need to consider the base mesh for is birds, deer, kangaroos, rabbits, wolves and humans/elves and it should be able support all the body shapes you can create with the Second Life Avatar plus the ability to morph into full quadruped.

The first tiger should follow the body style ofFox from the TV show Franklin and I want the head to look like this

The dragon should look like this

I'll also want a beaver is the style of Franklin which will be the 3rd or 4th morph commissioned.

After the first 4 morph I'm open to pay for any morph you want

My first though was to base it off of Makehuman but now I'm thinking an original work would be acceptable. If your going to base it off on makehuman, I'll have to look into how much work it would be to port the existing makehuman morphs over to the new base mesh from my vary basic understanding another $200-500 should be adequate.

If you're not going with the MakeHuman I would like at low res mesh.

Does my budget seem reasonable or was my artist under pricing herself? I'm will to pay $250 upfront that rest when I'm confident you're not just going to take the money and run such as a Timelapse video of days 3D modeling session or the verification of reputable references, or just a screen shot of the wires of a rough mesh, depending on your workflow/ and the amount of work your willing to put into it before being payed in full. It will be payed for in stages first the base mesh and first mesh then one or two morphs at a time. beside the initial $1000 I have a budget of at lest $240 a year and it will go on until we can't think of any new morphs to add or someone dies.
