Did you make the image with Gimp? Which version?

Are you using any custom-installed plugins?

hhhm. i used plugin-repository, but in another program (Krita) file opening. You unpack .tar before open?

The .xcf file itself works fine here (Archlinux x86_64), but your tarball is kind of strange -- I had to manually gzip -d it because tar xf didn't work.

It was replaced with a more generic play button (see the 3rd comment). Before that, it just had a screenshot of a YouTube embed.
