Just to let you know in case you release in Japan/have Japanese users. This looks very much like the symbol which new drivers have to have on their cars. It's also sometimes used in Japanese games for the "beginner" difficulty level etc, so people may think it's a beginner's shield.
Thanks very much for the comments. Yes I created the patches myself. I wanted to keep the overall sound simple, so they're just basic square/pulse/triangle/white noise waveforms, with a variety of ADSR settings. (In case you're thinking of using the Xsynth patches, just to let you know - all my ones are at the end of the bank; everything before them is just the default bank).
Just to let you know - I'm using some of your characters for my "JRPG collection" music on Soundcloud, as they appear in the preview for this tileset. Thanks very much for making this available.
I've credited Antifarea/Charles Gabriel and linked to the CharlesGabriel OGA profile on the left hand side of my profile page, together with all the other credits (the Antifarea deviantART link is down). I hope this is OK, but if not, let me know and I'll change it.

Yes, I suppose it could also work slower, but I wanted something fast and "dance like", which never lets up. The "haunted house" idea was more of an afterthought really.
Thanks. There's a lot of great open source audio software out there. It's a bit of an adventure trying to find what you want sometimes, but I suppose that's part of the fun :-)

Thanks for the plug ;-)

The collection is up on OGA here.

Yes, I have to say I was a bit surprised that you chose this for Heroine Dusk, but now I understand your reasoning :-)
Glad you like the track and thanks for letting me know about the game. Will take a look :-)
