First, a little about the game.

Title: Conscientia

What is Conscientia?

A world filled with magical implements which a class of people referred to as “Mages” use to aid the survivors of the human race, a barely recognizable landscape with crumbling metropolises and encroaching flora/fauna usurping the vacated throne of humanity, a mysterious network through which telepathy, mind control and object manipulation are possible, a seemingly solitary traveler unaware of any over-arching purpose or if there even is a purpose, an animal spirit guide, tribes, bandits, luddites… this is the world in which you will find Conscientia.

A slight spoiler:

This is operating based off the idea put forth by Arthur C. Clarke that, "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistiguishable from magic."

What am I asking for?

I need a skilled artist to provide artwork for the game eventually; however, in order to garner support for the project, I am going to start a kickstarter campaign.  To make this campaign successful, I require something visually attractive.  Thus, I'd like to commission a few concept drawings of main characters and a few backgrounds for the story itself. 

Generally speaking, the landscape will be a futuristic city in a state of total disrepair, forests [deciduous&coniferous], villages, lush vegetation, etc.  I have some really basic sketches I can share with you to give you an idea, if interested.

I have some rough ideas for main characters and will share the visuals with interested parties.

If you are interested, I can discuss with you the exact details of the art I will be needing.  Also, all of the documents I have regarding the game itself (character profiles, settings, gameplay elements, quests, etc.) are online here and if you reply to this post indicating interest, I will send you the password to access these documents in addition to the basic concept drawings I have made.

Also, we can discuss payment for these backgrounds/characters you create.
