Lets you create textures at any resolution, using a graph-based editor. Can generate normal maps, specular maps and parallax maps. Can also work on imported bitmap images.
I like it hope he will continue his work.
It does however not scale good on my display.

I have made a bunch of textures with it, which I will likely post somewhen on OGA under CC BY-SA 3.0 with the .tgr files.
However, the .tgr files don't seem to load if there is any PerlinNoise pattern in them – except for the example ones.
