Logged in to mark as spam, but when I did, I got a "You are not authorized to access this page"

'Ah, good. Somebody got it already. . . Wait. What are the chances it was taken down in the 2 seconds it took me to log in?'

Logged out and bam! the spam is back. Is this a temporary or known issue? Spam still shows up to people who aren't logged in?

EDIT: I'm an idiot. Must be a cache thing. Disregard.
