They're under a "give it your own license license". That's the new license we came up with for Nooskewl open source/assets.

I think this is something that we missed in the license cleanup.  We had a few BSD and zlib licensed assets, and I had thought we'd gotten permission to relicense all of them as CC-BY.  Please refrain from using this until we can get an official word on it.

Very late here but these are my assets. You can license them however you want, including public domain.
