I got clarification via email that by-3.0 is the correct license.

They were made for the side-scrolling action RPG Ardentryst.

There are three maps, one green forest by a castle, one green forest by the sea and one snowy forest with a cave with light coming out of it. Each map has a bottom and top (trees) layer.
