Is the character seen in the preview image but not in any of the download files also released under the CC0 license?

I'm afraid somebody may mistakenly use your character then, because a lot of people confuse preview with the downloads and as I understand the license also applies to preview images.
There i fix it and don't worry if someone will use my character by mistake even in a commercial project i willl not sue them :)
