That's a concept of a GUI panel we've been using in PARPG. Old, post-apo notebook that was used for displaying various stuff.
The original file is really well layered, it doesn't upscale well though. Hence I've added two more things: messy notebok, which contains multiple unused layers (but with quite a bit of useful stuff!) so that you can experiment way more than with bare notebok, and scalable version, containing (hopefully) seamless textures you can use to create scalable GUI.
notebookGUI.zip is an example of how things worked in PARPG, also a good bunch of GUI-ready bitmaps. If you feel lost, despite self-explanatory names, you'll find a bunch of README files inside.
