"Is this your own work?" Field Not Working Properly

When I click "No" in the "Is this your own work?" field, instead of a place to name the author coming up (as it used to), now nothings happens.

also this freaking spambot
This happens for me as well and the only thing I know to do is just give the original author credit somewhere in the description or attribute section.
It has been broken for 4 years now apparently. I really don't want to lie about the authorship.
