License elsewhere

Sorry to post about license stuff again, but every now and then something pops up that leaves me questioning it again.

assets uploaded to other marketplaces usually have you agree to some sort of agreement. I had an issue with the gamemaker EULA agreement sometime ago which caused some confusion for me, which I figured out thanks to the help from you guys here. So I'm here asking for some clarity again.

i release my assets public domain, Creative Commons which lets you do what you want with them here on OGA, however if I upload them to another platform, I cannot use the public domain license, I have to sign up to use a term license, although it allows for pretty much the same thing.

i have seen on here authors not being allowed to upload their work here due to them being hosted somewhere else under a different license. So by uploading my work to another platform that doesn't allow me to use a "public domain' sort of license, or description cause a conflict?

my common sense tells me that it doesn't matter so much, it just depends on where you download the asset from will determine what sort of license you have, but still, I'm some what hesitant, due to what I just mentioned above.

thoughts? :)
