My Uploads Vanished

Hello,
I was just in the process of uploading my archive of musical creations, because I'm never going to use them.
After uploading about 8 or 9, all but the latest one disappeared from my profile, seemingly without any notification or anything.
Not sure what happened. If temporary glitch, or if I'd need to re-upload them?

Understandable if it's a potential spam prevention thing. I shall check back again in a day or two, and if necessary, post the things again.

Don't post the things again. That will re-trigger the flood filter and make it take longer.
