Hi all,
I have finished a new translation and put it up on GitHub. My engine translation has been merged, but the game translation hasn't yet. Will the game translations be updated with the new engine release this weekend? If so, I've got a pull request for you.
P.S. Just to make sure, am I correct in assuming that alpha_demo and fantasycore is all there is to translate for flare_game at the moment?
I just downloaded the Windows build for 0.19 and my translation isn't included in the language menu, although my translation got merged into trunk. Could you pease check what happened?
Thanks!
P.S. I had a look and the po files are all there and the language definition in languages.txt is also there. What else needs doing?
GunChleoc, I thought I checked the language.txt file but I must have missed this one. I'll go ahead and add it.
(edit) yeah I didn't copy the right language.txt folder over, fixing that now.
(edit2) nope, turns out we have a language.txt in fantasycore that doesn't belong there. Fixing this.
Ok, uploading a fixed Windows test bundle.
The issue was we had an engine/languages.txt in both Default and Fantasycore mods. Instead we want to use the languages in the Default mod. So I removed the Fantasycore language.txt and that should fix it.
There is still a languages directory in the Fantasycore mod in version 0.19.
lostprophet: I just downloaded it to check and didn't see a languages.txt in fantasycore. Maybe try again, could be you got a mirror server of the previous file.
Thanks for the update, I'll have a look :)
Well, the languages *directory* should be there.
I'm testplaying with the first build and have reached the Averguard. The conversation with Guill is translated, but then I started reading the books and the strings are in English. I remember translating this content, maybe not all strings are marked correctly in the source yet?
Not sure about those books, I'll look into it. It's a minor thing so I'll figure it out for v0.19.1 or v1.0
Whenever you find the time :)
I can confirm that Gaelic is now in the menu, thank you!
