However search does not list the item http://opengameart.org/art-search-advanced?keys=sara&items_per_page=144
Pure speculation:
http://opengameart.org/content/sara-3d-model
blocks http://opengameart.org/content/sara-3d-model-1
which has the same title (if you don't consider cAsE)
for whatever reason.

Unfortunately, search on OGA is broken and has been for several months. It simply doesn't return results newer than January of this year. :(
