I will probably soon lose interest in this but for the moment I'm planning a modular weapon kit for some Borderlands-style "Bazillions of Guns". Is/will-be GPL2+, maybe others.
Got to settle on a few standard calibres thinking a normal and heavy variant for each weapon type.

I just wanted to say that I like what you're doing. I don't know much about the 3-D side of things, but this looks awesome to me.
This is nice. Darkplaces with fancy CSQC can be done to assemble the pieces together with different colors for sure.
