Wow, this is an old submission.  To be honest, I'm not entirely sure.  You might try downloading the file and opening it in a paint program.

The file isn't corrupt. However, the icons are almost impossible to single out. The green and white horizontal back makes it difficult to sort out the icons. Also, the icons themselves do not look complete and have noise and garbage floating about in them.
