PS: the current size is 72x72. I suggest you scale the the sprites down to 48x48. Also you may play with color to suit your game color-scheme.

I believe that the people who made Pillars of Eternity actually used a very slightly modified version of this. Which seems incredibly lazy of them to do if so considering how much money they made.
I feel like its not that easy to make two metal-ish gloves that do not look similar. I can see the similarities, but differences too and I am sure they made theirs from scratch. It woud take their artist no more that 10 minutes, they are professionals.
I've been using a modified version of this for a very long time, and decided to share it.
