Eracoon - I sent you a message, but I don't know if it notified you or not :-\
You can message me your email address and I'll emial you. I just do not put my email on forums for various reasons... like 100 pieces of spam a day and such :)
Well, the human characters I was planning on using Daz or MakeHuman - but if you can make animals that would save us money :D
I am currently looking for anyone that can build hard surfaces and especially someone that can make animations. I can do animations, but I have not been able to find anyone dependable to do the animations. And I was planning on buying animals if I have to, but I'd like to avoid that if I can. Basically I'm trying to hand out as much work as I can, so that I can work on the engine and not spend the entire time making buildings and animating characters!

Eracoon - It takes place in the present time, the continents have not split up and the world is ruled by 2 kingdoms and 2 empires. The story for the "world" of the game will follow the history of the Roman Empire, with the gladiators, rebellions and such. But there are 8 playable characters that the Player can choose from to start out on - which will add a LOT of replayability. Each character will have their own characteristics, fighting, clothes, etc. Each kingdom/empire will have their own currency and language, which the Player's character will ahve ot learn. Each character will have their own story that intertwines with the other characters. Guns will be outlawed, like they are in the Untied Kingdom, but peopel will be able to buy them illegally and such. For the most part, the characters will end up fighting against gangsters, politicians, and help rnadom people in things. Each character will be able to have 2 pets which will fight along side them - the pets will be various different animals, like a lion, tiger, bear, gorilla, or a dragon, etc.
AnthonyMyers - It is awesome, plus it has the capability to be expanded to an almost limitless engine - it gives you almost complete access to the source code and if you want to export to a PC version, it's only $499, compared to Unity which, if I remeber currectly, is like $1500. 3ds max is brutally expensive, hitting you in the gut atabout $4000 USD, but you buy 3ds max once, and over time using Anarchy will save you money, so I guess it kind of evens out, but I dug through Unity and Anarchy and found Anarchy to be a pretty good engine and Unity is like a mickey mouse engine that should be free, but it's not. If you have to choose, go with Anarchy, if you can't get funding for 3ds max and the $499 export fee, then go with Ogre - Intel did. ;)
As for me, I love Havok's physics and animation, it's just made properly - I'm a programmer and 3d modeler, so I look at the rendering pipeline and all of the shaders, so hat's why I picked Anarchy.
And yeah, I've hit like almost every single forum lol - I've got a small team, but I need some more people. I doing alright with the pipeline, it's fairly easy once you get the curve - and like I said, they let me make my own shaders and the engine comes with a nice set of shaders and example shaders, so it's fantastic! hehe
I feel like I'm starting to sound like a marketing guy for Havok... they should pay me, man! Seriously, I should send them a bill, right?! ;) lol
I tried to email you through your website, but it doesn't seem to ever send it...?
Got your email. Let me know if I need to message you again on your site...
