Forgot to mention, if you notice any graphics that I forgot to mention in AUTHORS.txt please let me know so I can update it.

These graphics were too good to go un-attributed!!!   :-)

Finished and submitted! There is a playable game in here somewhere.  Not quite what I set out to make but I am satisfied with the results.

Please leave some comments if you play the game and tell me what you think is good and (especially) what is bad.

Another competitor speaking up here.  No objection from me.  Would mean I can relax my last few days of summer holiday and then stress about finishing later  ;-)

If it means better quality entries, why not?

  • player health and death (return to home)
  • new map-in-progress

I takes me forever to make one of these maps.

Latest update:

  • added 2 new bolt spells
  • added 4 new area effect spells
  • added spell sound effects
  • mobs can now be damaged and die
  • fixed some zoning bugs
  • some ui effects

Still to do:

  • make maps
  • clothe the nekkid hero
  • 4 shield spells
  • bonus materials to make stronger spells
  • hero health and death
  • music
  • more sound effects
  • x-platform sounds
  • more/different bad guys

Not gonna happen (no time):

  • loot and equipment
  • melee combat
  • fishing
  • npc's

Ack!  Yeah that would make it unplayable.

I added a url parameter to choose the height of your screen.  Default is 768.  You can specify like this:

Thanks for that, Botanic!  I had not noticed.  The latest push should fix it.  

FYI the game works best in Chrome.  Runs okay in Firefox.  Life is too short to worry about IE for a hobby project  ;-)
