I think I see what you mean. SA only applies to the entire project if the entire project itself is reasonably, arguably, entirely a derivative of an SA asset. I appreciate the clarification, but, ... I still don't like it ;-)
Beware of the "SA" license, people. Any asset used in your project licensed under SA requires that you apply the same license to your entire project.
