Could you upload in a non-patented format, like OGG? I'd like to use this for a project (has the right feel and quality) but I can't use MP3 (note: conversion from one lossy format to another destroys the quality).
I hate to be the one to state it, but is the Bullet Bill clone going to present copyright/trademark issues with Nintendo? Granted it may not be a rip from a game but Nintendo is pretty aggressive about protecting their IP.
Under public domian, they are not required to give anybody credit... hence, Public Domain (it's in the public).
If you want credit but everybody to use it for whatever they want, chose CC-BY (Attribution). Similar permissions as public domain, except that you're asking for attribution.
Note about your attribution instructions -- CC0 == Public Domain... e.g., by choosing public domain you're relinquishing all copyrights you own on the work so the (c) is not possible in this case.
Totally digging this. I have a designer who wants me to build him a SimCity like game... this sounds like it'll be a great fit! :)

Thanks!
These are excellent! Thank you!
Thanks for providing this in an open format!
Any chance we can get these in WAV/OGG formats? Thanks.

Just FYI... :)
These aren't nearly as bad as you seem to think. In fact, I like them a lot.
Very sim-tower esque, come to think of it... I may have to set these aside for that simtower clone I've been wanting to make...
I second that, any chance of getting these in a loss-less format that supports transparency, like PNG or TGA?
Also note that you've tagged this as a 'spritesheet', but there are no sprite sheets, just a series of individual images.
