sketches may be useful to make other drawings.

I use some trees and grass of Glitch for a new game called Guyana Dream, for this topic. Very nicely drawn.

I've uploaded the map I coded on my project site. The code is based on jam-jam68140's tutorial.

I'm late to answer but yes, I'm interested in tutorials about retopo. Thank you in advance !

It's under license GPL, you can use it in your game if you let it under the same license.

You're allowed to share, remix, etc. see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/quick-guide-gplv3.en.html

It would be nice of you to write my name as creator of this design somewhere in your game's source code

I've changed the specularity as she had a bad plastic look, I hope it's better. Would someone have the good specularity and color for skin without using texture and nodes ?

I was not able to find something nice and easy on internet but I had not enough time to check.

@Duion : what would make her less creepy, please ? I really would like to make her look better !

I know I must work on the specularity, and I find knees and bust are not very nice.

She has not Barbie's proportions but real women haven't neither. But may be I and her should make a diet...

The long arms are made to look like a cartoony 2D pixelart, may be it's wrong in 3D.

For me, a link to this page is OK. Doudoulolita is my artist name, please use it in the credits of your game. My real name is Laurence Veron-Dor, you can use it also.

If one day you need a formal permission, I'll do it but I don't think you'll need it.

You must know that Ultimate Smash Friends has recently got a new programmer who will transform the game in javascript, so we will probably use Pixie again in it.

As the art is open source, don't forget that other people may use it as they wish, changed or unchanged.

For me, it's not a problem to change my character in USF to avoid having two identical characters in two different  games but it's more work to do.

It would be better if you make changes for your game, as you are allowed to by this license. You may change her hair style or her dress, for example, to make her suit your game style exactly.

Well, I don't know much about licenses but as I'm the creator of this artwork, I suppose I can argue.

What I meant using these licenses is that Pixie should remained open source and be offered the same in every game that uses her. The rest of your game may not be open source. I'm OK with fraang. You're the owner of the code, not me.

But it's a pity you don't leave your sources open. It doesn't prevent you from selling your game nor making money with it, I think. You can ask for donations, for example, if your game is nice and fun.

If you keep it open source, you'll be able to use other artworks from Open Game Art, and may be have help from the open source community for your code.

Thank you for the link !

Do you know that in Burgundy in France, walls have exactly that yellow-orange color ? But your wall is better for games.

I took the picture late in the afternoon, I thought it was better because soft shadows give more volume feeling. But may be it's not good for texture patterns ?

Or may be I had to use the flash that causes those bad lightning effects.
