This is an attempt to create an unofficial OpenGameArt.org "theme song" for fun. Like most of my music on here it's in the chiptune/electronic/rpg style. It's called "A Better World" which is what we're all trying to create by releasing our art for anyone to use freely. Hope you enjoy my attempt and if you're a fellow composer, I hope you write your own theme too!
I may eventually release an orchestral version of this.

Please don't use the ablum cover. It's not an open source item and it's artwork I paid an artist to create it.

The only problem I'm having is that XLN no longer offers Addictive Drums, only the updated version, so I won't be able to play with the drums the way you originally laid them out. Otherwise, everything else is groovy.
If you grab the latest Addictive Drums 2 demo it should still sound pretty good. :)
What happened to the orchestral version?
Thanks for the reminder Umplix. Maybe I should work on that at some point! I did remix this track with better bass and more https://opengameart.org/content/a-better-world-remix but the project file is a nightmare to navigate compared to everything else I've made. Give me some time and I'll see what I can do. :)
To fully answer your question though, the orchestral plans for this track were lost to the pesky work and life responsibilities. I have put out a total of 12 albums on Spotify and have been writing orchestral pieces for a visual novel on top of a full time career in a senior tech support role. It's a lot of stuff to balance.
