I have bought a mobile version of FLstudio and I´d like to share some compositons(midi,mp3,flm...).
It sounds like I´m allowed to publish my work how ever i want (in case bought a legal version of FL)
but I will not until I´m sure it´s ok with OGA.
The thing is, my english is not good enough to understand the law bla bla to 100percent.
Please help me
The licenses I want to use for the stuff I want to upload would be cc0 and CC-BY 3.0.

What music are your compositions based on?

Its all short compositions without using samples
of other artists. But what about the buildin sounds of FL?
Do I break someones licensing if I publish a track made with FLSounds with cc0?

Nope. You're free to share any track or composition you make in FL studio. Since you aren't using any samples or segments from other artists, they're are entirely yours and can be licensed how you wish.
Cc0 and CC-BY are both accepted on OGA. :)

If you release as a derivative permitted CC license one could possibly pull "individual samples & sounds" out of it as derivatives.

i didn't make any samplepacks or used any music from other artists for samples

actually i couldn't find anything about the sounsamples of FLmobile itself.
i used the preinstalled packs(like drums, synths etc) to create my own drumloops or melodies.

Yeah it sounds like you are fine.
Surt is correct, it does seem like the license has a pretty big hole in it. If you publish a song with an FL sample, let's say a kick drum sample, then it would relatively easy for someone to cut out just that sample and use it as a 'derivative' work. My guess is the FL folks are aware of this and have decided to ignore it in order to maximize the utility of their samples. And probably they would just go ahead and sue anybody who tried to do that anyways.
