A user by the name "Snabisch" has been commenting on pretty much every new piece of content that gets uploaded to the site, while this obviously isn't really considered spam and could be insightful these comments range from useless to weird. A few samples (there are about 5 a day);
"This sounds like a bitch." regarding a music upload.
"Points of sight to shoot with more success." regarding some crosshair assets.
"Your proposal is interesting. I like it." regarding a 3D model without description.
"Interesting proposal. And very wise." some 2D tree sprites.
To me it seems like this user is commenting purely to gain points and/or attention to his profile.
I know he means submission by proposal, not sure about what he means by bitch.
I have to agree that his dictionary/translator is not the best. However, AFAIK, there is nothing against commenting even if it is to gain attention to your profile.
I agree with mold. I've heard some grumblings about Snabisch's comments in other threads but personally they don't bother me in the least. Snabisch's comments are uniformly positive and I think they're a welcome addition to OGA.

Excellent proposal. Thanks for sharing.
Given his submission descriptions being huge linkpages I see it as dirty SEO tactics and he's always "positive" in obvious troll submissions as well. He doesn't care about context as long as it's a one-liner comment to build more link weight to all the android games he wants to promote
The rapid-fire sugar coating adds noise and makes concerns about serious matters like copyright infringement in comments get buried.
I'm glad he posts. One comment is better than no comments; also I like his music and it's all opensource so what's to complain about?
Additionally if there is one comment the chance of having more comments increases muchly due to the bandwagon effect.
Also if you respond he'll have a conversation with you.
>"This sounds like a bitch." regarding a music upload. --Snabisch
>"I get in there like a bitch!" regarding pursuing romantic relations with women --Trump
I think it means enthusiasm, that a dog has for when it wants something and obtains it (which is quite enthusiastic). I guess female dogs are more enthusiastic sometimes, but I've only owned male dogs so I don't know the behavior of the female ones.
@undesired
So I do not think it is a SEO tactic. Also what is wrong with being always positive.
Like everyone who's posted here so far, Snabisch is a fairly regular submitter and participates in this community. I agree most of his comments are unneccessary, but he's generally friendly and receptive to polite, constructive criticm. :)

Thanks for the comments everyone, as it seems everyone else is totally fine with the comments and the user is an asset to the community. Was just polling to see if it's something worth investiging, it isn't!
There are some other users that do the same thing. Pretty sure they are bots or whatever but I suppose they aren't really doing any harm.
Stay a while and listen.
Kenney: His music is quite good, take a listen through his submissions. I have some on my DJ music player for putting on when partying. I like this one alot: http://opengameart.org/content/extreme-love-psg-vesion
