If Clint Bellanger will use this track for "Flare" you can't, and if this track will not use in "Flare" you can get it. But you must discuss it with Clint Bellanger.

Actually, because of the CC-BY license it can be used in any project (as long as the project properly attributes Alexandr Zhelanov).

This particular song is ten levels above everyting you could expect to find under CC license. Truly amazing. It could really make some game shine.
