For want of a better word, I like the alien quality of these. I imagine they'd feel right at home in an oldschool Metroid or Contra game. Thank you!
Very nice sir! The palette choice is amazing, the knoledge of color spacing far passes my ability at this point. I hope to see more from you!
@Blarget2: well I just posted 2 big bosses from the same Shmup project (with new different palettes) ;)
I decided to use these sprites to help me rapidly prototype a game. I might just stick with the sprites! If you want to see the sprites in action, I'm hosting the game at http://www.tangent-zero.com/html_games/shmup_idler.html
The sprites are great! All that's missing is some bullets that go with them.
