Sometimes the problem is something so stupid you don't think to check it. The disk was full. Now it's larger. Problem solved. :)

I miss the download count display that recently disappeared.
See the forum post about that. It was one of the things responsible for the recent slowness. When time allows, I'll write some custom code to do it, but the code that does it right now just isn't made to run on a site the size of OGA.
I had seen some uploads with over a thousand downloads but without any comments or favorites. This must be frustrating for an artist. I think it is not going to be missed a lot.
I miss the download count, too.
Regarding files with unlikely high download counts, this may be because of dublicate file names, I have seen files like "preview.jpg" with incredible high download counts, or files with dubicate names that have been just added to the site and already had over a thousand downloads, I think this is because if the file name is the same, he just adds up all download counts for all files with this name to the file.
