These are the sound effect files (in OGG format) from the recently open sourced Monster RPG 2.
The game is licensed under the Give It Your Own License, License, and I've chosen to re-license them under CC0, but I'm sure the good folks at Nooskewl Games would appreciate a shout out if you use their works.
The files were extracted from the source code, provided here.

I recognize the "Meow.ogg" and "Pistol.ogg" being obvious lifts from that well-known and popular sound library.
This can't be trusted.
Thanks leilei, I got in touch with Nooskewl Games and removed the assets which they said were not original:

That pack includes sounds stolen from Sound Ideas Series 6000 General. You cant license them public domain.
@Omerolvey: What sounds are still present from Sound Ideas Series 6000 General? Sanglorian got the infringing ones removed that Undesired pointed out. Please indicate here on this thread which ones remain.
