Tiny row boat in cycles. This was a quicky. I didnt worked on material, its plain old wood from previous blends. What it really needs is proper planks. Without subsurf boat and oars are 530 triangles. Its modelled pretty bluntly so a subdivision is necessary for it look good which will land it around 2k trigs. Decimating after subsurf will reduce trigs to 1.5k. At its current size, its for a single guy.
