I released a standalone mod of Xonotic.
It is fully free/opensource with all the code GPL, and all the media GPL or CC0 CCBY or CCBYSA (all free/open compatable). The source is included and the mediasource for the added content is included.
It's packaged as an .iso as .zip won't go over 2gb on 32bit systems. Also so you can burn to DVD.
I modeled, and added many weapons (including medeval weapons), added many vehicles, coded spellcasting, foliage for the maps, fun things like bumpers and baloons (which rocket you around if you have the mutator enabled). I made around 40something maps (all gpl) for the mod, in addition to the regular xonotic and nexuiz (gpl) maps included. There are also monsters added (thanks to mario, plus I extended that).
I also used some items from open game art.
OSARE: Skeleton and Minotaur.
OldBook (spell book)
Old Paper texture.
Some CCBYSA songs.
Mario added a spider and a ogre/barbarian monster using opengame art assets.
I'm very glad you're around.
You can also build buildings.
So basically you can do as you wish in this 3d world, and there are many mutators where you can customize your game.
There is even a colorwar option: If you die you join the team of the person that killed you (or if in non-teamgame you become their pants/shirt color).
It adds alot of things, and many more maps and other things I and others made (also more texture packs I made).
The weapons are also more "realistic" in damage and other ways (they kill you quick, guns jam, rockets fail, there is muzzle rise) but still have all the futuristic and medeval weapons.
There are also aeroplanes and such, and mounted weapons.
Be sure to read the movement commands:
Xonotic: Chaos-Esque Anthology
Keyboard Controls
Note: When creating or editing maps in NetRadiant for this game disable “Use alternative texture projection” in Preferences>Settings>Brush to keep full compatibility with the pre-fabricated map sections found in data/maps/sc_tiles.zip

More SShots:
Release 99: New weapons: ChauChat, Sho-Sho (30-06 version), BAR-1918, Nagant M1895.
New buildables: Large Chest (wooden).
This release adds 4 new world war I weapons to the game: The french ChauChat,
The 30-06 version fielded by the American army nicknamed the Sho-Sho (which was horribly unreliable),
the 1918 version of the Browning Automatic Rifle, and the Russian Officer's pistol:
The 1895 double action model of the Nagant revolver.
The ChauChat and Sho-Sho can jam hard after enough bullets are fired through them
and the aluminium (al-uuuu-min-eye-um) heat jacket expands inside. This is coded into the
game code, so be careful. Additionally to that short over heatings and jammings can occur aswell,
especially with the 30-06 version.
Enjoy!

Release 100! For this release a new additional map was constructed; Saffer's War; A trench warfare map with a greek / marble-zone theme, and enough room to build and fly aeroplanes in (includes floating islands aswell). An opensource track by Snabisch is used for the musical backing to give an 8-bit flair to the map.
Additional weapons also come in the pot: MG 08/15 for your WWI simulating needs and a portable Lewis Gun (though the mounted guns will get you much better accuracy (nixes muzzle rise).
There are more building options aswell: barbed wire for the multitool when not in medeval mode, concerta wire for the utilitool, and small platforms for use in raising your mounted guns to the desired height (8 and 24 qunit increments).
Additionally bugfixes to the building code for resource generation in teamgame mode.
Enjoy Release 100!
Press release: http://www.moddb.com/games/chaosesqueanthology
The Team is here, a year later, to again wish you a Merry Christmas, and bestow an early Christmas present! After years of constant, grinding, development Chaos-Esque Anthology has reached version 100.
Since last year the Team has been working on many new additions to the game:
Point defenses can now be constructed, in addition to new furnishings and buildings.
Improvements to the city generation and foliage subsystems have been steady with new trees and buildings being added.
For a more RTS feel, the Towers and Hangars now require additional resources for the construction of their turrets and vehicles: these resources can be created by forges of various types that take the in-game ammunition as inputs.
There are a myriad of new weapons, including "Terminator" favorites such as the Spas-12 autoloading shotgun, and the AMT Hardballer 1911 with laser sight.
Additionally many WW1 weapons are now included; such as the Mauser pistol, the ChauChat machine rifle, and the MG 08/15. In total there are now over 130 weapons in the game.
Rolls of concertina wire can be laid out, however tanks and bulldozers can roll over these and other similar-class defenses.
Our resident mapper, MikeeUSA, has contributed a new map (with a backing track by Snabisch) for this release: Saffer's War. A fairly large map highlighting trench warfare. It has ample space for building towns and fortifications aswell: another goal of the map.
Our project has expanded Xonotic's original cast of 18 weapons to over 130 weapons, has added new textures, and maps, aswell as a list of other features including: city generation subsystem (with interiors), building subsystem (build buildings, furnishings, doors, blocks, the buildings have interiors and function similar to RTS buildables), marshaling subsytem, foliage subsystem, aswell as mounted weapons and more vehicles. Additionally hand-to-hand fighting was added for those wishing for a Mortal-Kombat feel in a libre 3d video-game.
Enjoy Release 100!

If anyone likes the game/mod, and also likes to make websites, the Team would be happy for any 3rd party to make an "official explanation etc" site. The Team is too busy coding and such but would like more people playing the game, promoting, showing screenshots, hyping, demanding debian package the game as an extra full DVD to their distro periodically, etc: the things that a "community" would do.
And if people do not like the game/mod, a website saying how much you don't like it would be great too.
Anyone like the game or have input?
Normally not interested in assisting here, but the spam from shooting anything is getting annoying...
You're really better off checking if the cvar exists rather than relying on the 0 value of failure:
float texvalue = 0;
string s = strcat("texvalue_", trace_dphittexturename);
if(cvar_type(s) & CVAR_TYPEFLAG_EXISTS)
texvalue = cvar(s);
Also, it would be nice if you could hide the regular Xonotic servers (which this is likely incompatible with by now), by setting gameversion_max to either -1 or 600.
Clients will then only see 0.6 servers, which will probably be only servers running your fork.
The Xontic people hide/delete any posts I make and ban me on the spot. I'm not going to hide their servers or censor anything.
Why would you normally not be interested in assisting? Do you not like me for somereason, or here? Do you hold that against the nice ChaosEsque Anthology Team for some reason? After Christmas I'm interesting in implementing some of your suggestions, if you'll flesh them out. Such as the menu gui for the multitool and utilitool. What do you want in the menu, how do you want it to be called up (what button to press?) etc. How am I to code this (give examples), most keys are allready bound to something, so is there a way to, if using a weap, use some other bind etc, how do you want it to work. Why were all my posts deleted again? Even the one in the offtopic forum. Why were my videos delete? (forums.xonotic.org). Do the Xonotic people want a war? From my perspective you __MUST__ allow me to announce my version 100 in your Xontic forums. You __MUST__ allow my videos and screenshots to exist there. Censoring me is an affront. I know why the Xonotic people censor me: it is because you all disagree []. Do you like the mod?
Advertising other games (even forks) isn't allowed in the Xonotic forums, post your stuff elsewhere.
The point of hiding Xonotic servers would be so players can see servers for your fork, instead of servers they can't join. Censorship has nothing to do with any of this.
My suggestions are just that, you can take them or leave them, but I won't be ellaborating on them further.
Given the amount of content you've already added, working from existing examples to implement these should be fairly easy.
As for not being interesting in helping; For starters, your "nice" team isn't very friendly:
<gnu> Mario: I pwn all of you in development
OGA also isn't the best place to discuss this kind of thing. It's just a comments section.
(Mario: how do you like the fork?)
Advertising other games (even forks) isn't allowed in the Xonotic forums, post your stuff elsewhere.
Hmm is that why when I was posting my individual maps before I forked they were deleted every time?
Advertising other games (even forks) isn't allowed in the Xonotic forums, post your stuff elsewhere.
I will do whatever the fk I want whenever the fk I want. Whomever is removing my posts may someday pay for it. I do not forget (exceptions: divverent or anyone who helped me, it's all good if it was them. If it's someone who didn't help me, then no forgiveness ever)
Mario: I pwn all of you in development
Prove the nice team wrong.
OGA also isn't the best place to discuss this kind of thing. It's just a comments section.
Standard "im better than you" Xonotic-Team BS. This is the one and the only place for discussing ChaosEsque dev that actually gets checked.
My suggestions are just that, you can take them or leave them, but I won't be ellaborating on them further.
Then you won't be getting any of it. I'm not going to stab in the dark and implement something I don't need without the person who wants it fleshing out /what/ they want first.
Given the amount of content you've already added, working from existing examples to implement these should be fairly easy.
Where's a current example of "have weapon, press button (which button?), menu pops up".
The point of hiding Xonotic servers would be so players can see servers for your fork, instead of servers they can't join. Censorship has nothing to do with any of this.
I can join any of the existing xonotic servers I try, works fine. You have censorship built into vanilla Xonotic, so you could ban servers. I commented out that line. No one runs servers for my fork (hey because they don't know because you delete any way for them to know) If anyone ran a ChaosEsque server it would be obvious. There would be a quote [] and you Xonotic people would ban that server from your list (though it would show up on the uncensored list) [] Im not going to forget Xonotic people deleting my threads on sight. I will never forget that. If I ever gain power, every single one of them, except for those who helped me, will pay.
If Xonotic-Team was quick with development, ChaosEsque Anthology wouldn't exist. Xonotic is designed by committee. It had a bright start, but hasn't done much in the last few years.
It's a bit contradictory to ask for feedback and attack those who offer it... I don't personally care if you implement what I suggest, you can accept it any way you want.
Sure, Xonotic doesn't have 100 weapons, but that's not the focus. To blindly accuse the team of doing nothing is either trolling or just plain ignorance.
This is a perfect case of quality vs quantity. Both are fine, but your fork will only ever be for those who want to mess around for a bit once in a while (provided they even bother to download a 4GB DVD).
For the record to anyone stumbling onto this, his posts were *NOT* deleted, just moved to the troll cave where they belong:
http://forums.xonotic.org/showthread.php?tid=6891
You suggest a feature. I am willing to implement what you want. You just need to be more specific as to how you want it to work and look. I don't want to implement it and then "na it's ... it's just... lacks... je ne sais quoi". If there's other things you want added, I'm always up to putting things on my list.
My friend Chris said that he tried regular Xonotic and he thought it was lame compared to our version. Quantity has a quality all it's own.
No one not logged in can see the "wackety wicket town" and no one comments on wackity wicket town. Furthurmore none of my posts 2 days ago were "trolls". 1 was an announcement of v100 in the general forum. 1 was some youtube vids of some maps, posted in videos of what you are doing. And 1 was the post will all the screenshots posted in the screenshots of what you are doing.
>(provided they even bother to download a 4GB DVD). See, it takes effort to get what my project has, just because there's so much to it.
I noticed that the Xonotic-Team rejected even using opensource textures I merely had /used/ when you suggested such to them. That's what kind of people they are. []
"For the record to anyone stumbling onto this, his posts were *NOT* deleted, just moved to the troll cave where they belong:"
Yea, because random people passing by are superior to me, and are on the level of your Xonotic-Team's high area (unlike me, in the dirt). I just, you know, added city generation (and modeled all the buildings), buildable RTS style buildings, furniture, tons of weapons, muzzle rise, jamming, overheating, on and on and on. No biggie. Just random people are better than me. Right. Don't pay me no heed.
I can account for every day in the last 4 years: what I've worked on for the mod. A constant unending drive. I can't account for what Xonotic-Team over there's been doing: I don't think any of them can either. Maybe socializing?
You can keep calling me a troll, but this troll makes more maps and more advancement and features in one year than Xonotic-Team has in four. They ignore any good works done in git-repos, letting such languish for years (and you know this first hand: I accepted your monster code long before they ever did) (and then extended it with more monsters! :D ). You all keep polishing that statue for use on your resume though: the people that inherit your lands will surely thank you for your work [] Atleast I work for what I want in a game, not what would look good for a potential employer.
Yeah... this has pretty much devolved to personal agendas.
Feel free to accept the bug fixes, at least.
I'm taking a break for Christmas, but I'll add your no-spam fix once I get back to it (also will track down the silent menu spam and comment whatever dprint is doing that). Also I would like to implement your desired feature of the menu's for the building tools. Flesh it out so I can just go.
Do you think there should be a Help or Howto screen somewhere that goes into detail about how to use the building tools, mounted guns, map-object generators, etc, also, maybe another tab next to Input?
MarioSMB: Thanks for taking the mod for a spin. For the menu some thoughts are: how does the user know what button to press to bring it up? How are they to be informed? Other weaps don't have menus so they couldn't learn from that. Maybe this is allready a solved problem and someone has a suggestion.
Also I was wondering, is there a way to have a menu that just shows the txt from a command? Say if one pressed I, I would mean: create menu, execute cmd inventory, display that, nothing more. (like: clear, command, no more)

Removing and moving are different things, and given your behaviour, I'd say Mirio is well grounded in his decision to move that thread to Sanity Island.
As for the questions related to your fork:
There are examples of such things in the Xonotic codebase, they're just not specific to weapon code. They can at least give you an idea of what needs to be done.
Clearing the console for a command output isn't a great idea either, but if you really need it to appear separate from any console stuff for some reason, just add a few newlines before the messages.
Mario: your fixes have been added.
Here is the silent spam, it was made to be quiet
/qcsrc/menu/item/label.c
/qcsrc/server/w_common.qc
In the GIT repo now and tested. Thanks for the tips :D
See, everybody, what happens when a coder that knows what they're doing steps in for a moment. Thanks Mario :D
Mario:
A few days ago there were some criticisms registered;
It was noted that, from time to time, one would choose and then spawn on a map, included in the project, and witness only endless vistas of nothingness, with no prompt to do anything, and no reason for existing.
This has been remedied.
Today, should you choose some maps the following shall occur:
You will (as before) select Desert Of Ice.
It is exactly what it says on the tin.
You will spawn.
You will take in endless expanse.
Some time will pass.
You will freeze to death and die.
Yes, Ambient Temperature is in!
(g_ambient_temperature)
(or g_suggested_ambient_temperature for mappers in their map.mapinfo file (set_temp_for_type all, ofcourse))
You can fiddle with it in the mutators menu under Enviromental mutators (create>mutators)
If you set it to at or above 300C all wooden structutes (and trees/bushes) will burn.
How do you survive?
Buildable buildings, Abandoned/SC_Tiles city buildings, fires, or being in a vehicle will warm you up.
Now there is a prompt that suggests you gotta do something! YOU ARE COLD. Maybe build something perhaps... a shelter...???
Up to you!1111111111111111
ENJOY!!!!!
V101 it is :D
>Removing and moving are different things, and given your behaviour, I'd say Mirio is well grounded in his decision to move that thread to Sanity Island.
When you move something to a HIDDEN unused forum, because it mentions MY fork and the reason given is "who the developer is", it's functionally the same as deletion: you threw it in the trash. Same as when you delete something on mac or windows: it isn't deleted, just moved into a certain hidden folder.
Mirio does too much today as far as I can see. 10 years but what code?; how is that possible? How can one not be drawn in and do some development within a decade?
I don't understand it.
I don't think divverent does either, if you could read his mind.
I don't understand those who lack the drive.
I'm sorry you have to deal with them and try to get your code through their gates.
As for menus etc: if you specify what you want and link to some git code examples I will do it. The answer to all dev requests on this project, as someone else once said, is YES!
yes | request
I want to hit the ground running though, so figure out how YOU, Mario, want the menu feature for the multitool/utilitool to be.
And it will be done in a day, once I set to it.
We're in this together, after all.......
I liked one of Mirio's maps tho, but why didn't he go deeper? The source beckons.
Also he didn't include Copying or Licensing information with map, so it's all right reserved by default.
Why are the Xonotic people so unfriendly? What should I do about them?
MarioSMB: Can't even reply to the "moved" topics. I doubt I will forget how unfriendly Mirio is. I never did anything to him, and yet he raises his hand to strike at me.
Release 102: This release improves the ambient temperature code by allowing one to stand near point-particle flames to gain heat. They are in many maps so this integrates well with the existing game.
Additionally one can now place limits on the ambient temperature so that it only operates in a specific area. The map KSTBunkerCTF64 showcases this feature.
Some gameplayfix options have been added: one to set an upperlimit on func_door mover speed. These are sometimes used as elevators and the one in KSTBunker was too fast. You can also set teleporters to silent (shown in hypergallery11) Some fixes were added.
An Info tab has been added next to Settings>Input which shows documentation about additions Chaos-Esque has added and how to use them.

You're a funny one, accusing us of doing nothing then asking us for help ripping the big new things in Xonotic...
The gamemode you asked about was designed by Morphed and tZork, so they hold copyright, but given it was included in the main Xonotic repo, it's highly likely this stuff was GPL.
It's likely your thread was locked on the Xonotic forums to prevent spam from new accounts, but it wasn't deleted.
Here is the feature request that was relayed to me:
"You're a funny one, accusing us of doing nothing then asking us for help ripping the big new things in Xonotic..."
I just want to know the copyright license. Ripping isn't very difficult, I don't think I'll need help doing that :P, looking at the code I'll have to do just some slight recoding parts that rely on thing that aren't in my version. You accuse me of sitting on a mountain of junk, so I accuse Xonotic-Team of doing nothing comparativly. What does it matter? I know that you, Mario, atleast do things, but also I don't think of you as Xonotic-Team. You're Mario. You have imagination and drive.
I've looked in the xonotic main branch and the gamemode isn't in there, so without a clear indication of the licensing of the code it is assumed all-rights-reserved. It doesn't look like I will be able to fufil this feature request.
I did code-in the "manual CTF flag" stuff today that I mentioned earlier on the IRC. I know you had that feature allready in MarioSMB mod somewhere, but couldn't find any mention on the net so I just coded it my way: which is probably the same way you did it as I don't really see any other way anyone would bother to do it. It was very simple. g_ctf_flag_return_manual and g_ctf_flag_return_manual_radius are the cvars I chose.
I'm thankful for the help you give me, and also for the banter-filled conversations you are willing to have: I always enjoy those.
I don't actually want to port this game mode over, but I'll fufill the request if I'm able to (copyright wise) so the requester can have fun. I like to add to the pile of junk.
What is your feeling on the new documentation. Is it a step on the correct path?
The 4,7 GB iso download each time is quite a turnoff, is there no better way? Especially as a new version gets out every week or so.
@Duion Yes Mainly:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmodchaosesque/
(mainly:zzzzzz999999_xmod-chaos-esque-xonotic-full_source_and_exec_binaries.pk3)
Sometimes:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmodchaosesquemedia/
Are updated between and at releases with the changed files.
The files go into your /XonoticChaosEsqueblablabla/data/ directory and replace the older pk3 archives.
The main updated file is:
zzzzzz999999_xmod-chaos-esque-xonotic-full_source_and_exec_binaries.pk3
from:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xmodchaosesque/files/?source=navbar
Sometimes other files are updated such as
z9_buildable_buildings.pk3
or
zz99-xmod-chaos-esque-xonotic-map_resources.pk3
and more rarely:
z1_sctilescompiled.pk3
z8_openmusic.pk3
zz99-xmod-chaos-esque-xonotic-nexcompat_updates.pk3
When maps are updated or new ones made or added they show up here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmodchaosesquemedia/
You could just use version control and use it to generate incremental updates.
Yes this whole process would be smoother if you use github (or something similar).
People can file/submit bug reports and you can review/merge their code.
Github has a limit of 2 Gigabyte per repo I think.
Main git repo for code is here: http://chaosesqueanthology.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=chaosesq...
For what it's worth, GitLab has a 10GB repository size limit.
Also, it's not appreciated to spread such ignorant lies about Xonotic development. Things are smoother than ever now, some big changes and features are getting reviewed and merged within a month of creation.
When there are debates, it's for the improvement of the feature, and they're often resolved quickly, not in "decades" (which is of course an exaggeration on your part, but still).
Things have changed a lot since Samual and divVerent were running the show, in many ways for the better, but I will admit they had a certain professional and skillful standard about it all that we lack now...
Nonsensicle insults aside, I do have one final request for your fork:
Change the banners so it doesn't have "Xonotic" written all over it, to avoid confusion.
This request is for your sake more so than Xonotic's, to give it a slight bit more originality. The greyscale look is fine, but the whole "Xonotic Git Build" title is just half-assed on your team's part.
>Nonsensicle insults aside, I do have one final request for your fork:
>Change the banners so it doesn't have "Xonotic" written all over it, to avoid confusion.
No. Plagiarism is a greater sin than confusion or lack of originality and CEA will not commit it. CEA is a mod of Xonotic; not a wholly independent work.
I like divverent and my version is a homage to him (infact he named it). CEA maintains a second repo with his bendy-models and keep it updated too, out of respect.
>but the whole "Xonotic Git Build" title is just half-assed on your team's part.
Who am I trying to impress? The good bois that fill our world? The ones that hate everything I like?
(First:)
>1> Also, it's not appreciated to spread such ignorant lies about Xonotic development.
(Then:)
>2> Things are smoother than ever now, some big changes and features are getting reviewed and merged within a month of creation.
This second part suggest to the reader that I am correct in my assertions.
If my assertion was incorrect there would be no need to state "Things are smoother than ever now".
Also Xonotic is not Xonotic without divverent. Empire vs First Order.
>I do have one final request for your fork:
This is a train with many cars but it stops for no-one but me. I do not take any requests.
The second part suggests that your knowledge of Xonotic's state is outdated, not that things were always perfect.
divVerent has a family and a job at Google, so his time is very limited. He still contributes occasionally and helps with releases.
Your fork may be a modification of Xonotic, but it's diverged far enough from standard that it's not just a mod. It's an independent fork, and so shouldn't simply be titled "Xonotic".
At least replace the "Git Build" text with "Chaos-Esque Anthology"... call it whatever you want, that text there is stupid, when these are intended to be releases of your fork.
This isn't about impressing anyone, but you sure proved my old point that you want feedback but attack those who give it.
Well on other projects it takes often much more time until stuff is integrated, since it has to be tested if it runs stable and does not break anything. But this is not contra productive as many might see, since it allows many people to contribute, which is in the end much faster, than one alone just building stuff as he likes.
>Your fork may be a modification of Xonotic, but it's diverged far enough from standard that it's not just a mod. It's an independent fork, and so shouldn't simply be titled "Xonotic".
I disagree. It is first and foremost Xonotic, with a few additions.
@Duion Regular Xonotic is developed as you suggest. They get very little done. Instead they go to work, make money for a boss, and bow down to a grown-ass woman when they get home. When not doing that they design by committee. 3 monsters, for instance, are taking over a year to build.
They hate anyone who doesn't want that life. Not the making money for a boss, not the bowing down to an adult woman. Misery loves company.
>This isn't about impressing anyone, but you sure proved my old point that you want feedback but attack those who give it.
Since when is a little banter an attack on anybody? Cmon.
Those 4 monsters are higher quality and cooler looking than your 20. Quality and quantity are separate beasts, which is better depends on your own opinion.
Also, we have those monster models, sources and all. It didn't take that long given their quality, and we hope to get them in by 0.8.3 (the so-called monster update).
As for getting little done in favour of work; Xonotic is indeed a side project for most, as you can't make an income off of it.
Not everyone can afford to dedicate much time to open source, unfortunately...
@MikeeUSA
I know that thematic. But those system slaves in general get very little or nothing done overall. Then instead of spending their money they earn from slaving 9-5 into their hobbies to make up for the lost time, they want to be paid for their hobby as well and then complain, they don't get enough and quit their hobby.
And instead of supporting others who try to achieve their dreams, they sabotage them, since if they did not achieve it, nobody should.
@Duion
They seem to hate all mods and such too. I remeber a few years ago when Morphed made the Overkill mod they were discussing banning his servers from the server list because it was more popular than the "official" xonotic servers. They settled on some code that shows "recommended" servers and drops everything else below or something like that IIRC (Chaos-Esque doesn't use that code, we were long gone by then).
Any mention of ChaosEsque gets a ban or a deletion/hiding of the thread. Any mention of anything I make infact, on the forums, IRC, etc gets a ban.
And these scum hate everything that I love, and love everything that I hate.
Some of them make up for it by being good in other ways tho: helping with code so on and so forth. Some do not (Mirio who constantly bans and deletes my threads). I'm never going to forget what Mirio does against me. Never. He has never helped me as far as I can recall and always trys to hurt me. Same with C.Brutali. I never forget anything for long. Those who helped me I like, regardless of anything else, (Divverent, LordHavok, Grey go GMQCC, tZork, MarioSMB, mrBougo, Morphed), but those who only harm me (Mirio, C.Brutali), I hate and I will not forgive or forget.
Spouts out a load of anti-feminist pedophilic agendas and wonders why nobody takes his work seriously...
Also, you're still basing your trash talk on Xonotic's past.
Overkill actually became a part of Xonotic as of the recent updates, and while we do indeed have server list categories now, the purpose of them is to help people find what they're looking for, not to demote popular modes.
Morphed also works full time, and he's stated before that each of these monsters takes 10 hours to model. That's excluding animations and textures...
Not everyone has the luxury of living freely.

@MarioSMB
The work stands alone. Your people are a pack of fools blinded by your new religion, just like the scum that are threatining anyone that performs for Trump's inauguration that they will not work in entertainment again.
There is an older religion that "spouts out a load of anti-feminist pedophilic agendas". It's the religion found in the book of Deuteronomy (5th book of the Torah). Have a look for yourself for one example: chapter 22, verses 28-29, in hebrew.
You know how it counsels people opposed to it to be dealt with?
Since your people judge a work by the beliefs of its producer, not by its intrinsic properties, they should be judged under a harsh unforgiving light in turn for their beliefs.
And eye for an eye. For our friends the good treatment, for our enemies: judgement according to the Law.
You people took from men the one good thing in life. You have maintained, in the grip of your new religion, the western world for about 100 years, and the eastern for about a decade.
Men are in prison or dead because they violated your disgusting worthless new religion; because they saught and took what the God made for them and has given to them. Your people seek always to block his will and keep men as miserable slaves. When one of your accolytes is treated according to the Law of the God, I do celebrate. I love when Putin does it. I love when Afghans do it. I raise a glass when such occurs; and drink I it in.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why he's banned whenever he spams the Xonotic forums.
